Sales Coordinator-Anywhere in U.S.

The sales coordinator is a vital part of the sales team and works closely with the business development managers and sales director as well as with the marketing team and other employees throughout LDM Global. The sales coordinator has the opportunity to advance to a sales consultant position, covering your own territory. This position could work from anywhere in the U.S., with it being a “plus” to work from the Eastern time zone or out of the Colorado office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Organizing and assisting the sales team with travel, appointments, proposals and general day-to-day activities.
      • Providing research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape.
      • Managing and following up on marketing campaigns.
      • Provide guidance to clients and project managers on litigation support related tasks.
      • Assisting in identifying potential business opportunities.
      • Monitoring news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects.
      • Cold calling prospective clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

        • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
        • Preferably one or two year’s sales experience, ideally B2B
        • Attention to detail with ability to prioritize and multitask with little direction
        • Excellent communication skills, both with internal staff and external clients
        • Customer Service and Sales Support background is recommended
        • Should exercise sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
        • Ability to meet deadlines
        • Good liaison with all other department members
        • Team player
        • Strong administrative skills
        • Good organizational, presentation and writing skills
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Relativity and Viewpoint Experts-U.S. or U.K.

The eDiscovery Expert is responsible for providing technical support to electronic discovery, document production, and document review projects. Three to five years of experience working in Relativity and/or Viewpoint is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

            • Serve as a liaison between the project management team, clients and operations team.
            • Conduct relevant searches of electronic data using proprietary tools.
            • Load data from different legal review platforms (i.e. Concordance, Viewpoint etc.) into Relativity.
            • Provide guidance to clients and project managers on litigation support related tasks.
            • Work with clients and internal staff to fix data related issues.
            • Provide application/technical support to clients to ensure effective use of tools/systems and resolve problems reported by users.
            • Provide troubleshooting services to clients and team members.
            • Provide oral and written status reports to clients and project managers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

            • 3-5 years of experience working in Relativity and/or Viewpoint. Knowledge of any other litigation support software would be beneficial
            • A minimum of one year in a similar specialist level position including a good understanding of the litigation support and document review processes
            • A strong analytical and problem-solving attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
            • Strong written and oral communication skills
            • A demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, follow detailed instructions and meet established deadlines
            • Must be available to work extended hours, including weekends as needed on rotation basis

eDiscovery Project Manager with Relativity experience – U.S. and Australia

The Professional Services Project Manager is a client-facing position that requires project management, client relationship management and internal resource management skills. The Project Manager provides to the client superior service through the proactive attention to planning, expectation setting and execution. The Project Manager ensures that the client’s requirements are met and delivered in accordance with LDM Global’s quality and service standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

                • Primary point of contact for clients
                • Scope projects, set expectations and consult as needed
                • Provide regular project updates
                • Control and monitor service desk mail boxes
                • Provide software support on a daily basis for LDM Global clients, liaising with the Infrastructure Service Desk when required and ensuring that you are logging all details in all relevant Helpdesk software
                • Lead and provide technical support to sales team or clients
                • Prepare and manipulate data to prepare client deliverables, as well as assist with production-related requirements for the processing of electronic documents
                • Convert electronic files and emails to various formats, including extracting metadata and text
                • Manipulate extracted data to multiple data formats
                • Use best practices and settings of tools/software to achieve desired output/requirements of our clients
                • Provide timely and accurate feedback to client requests
                • Proactively suggest improvements to current processes, workflows, utilities and procedures
                • Help to resolve issues both internally and externally, while adhering to established escalation policies
                • Operate in a high pressure, constantly changing environment
                • Ability to “wear many hats” and manage multiple tasks across various projects/departments with diverse requirements
                • Maintain an expert knowledge of products and services
                • Be available outside set hours as projects often require more than 40 hours per week or working at odd hours, including weekends, based on business/project needs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

                • Minimum 5 years of industry experience, especially with Relativity
                • Any industry certifications are a plus!
                • Well-organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask with little direction
                • Self-starter, hard worker
                • Not afraid to set expectations and deal with conflict
                • Customer Service minded
                • Exercises sound judgment, discretion and preserves confidentiality
                • Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
                • Good liaison with all other department members; is a team player
                • Enjoys training and sharing knowledge
                • Ability to work in a global environment and handle different cultures
                • Excellent communication skills are critical
