Mr Wooten is a tenured legal industry professional experienced in working with Fortune 500 corporations and major law firm clients. He has a strong track record delivering technology solutions and services for large-scale, complex eDiscovery matters. Serving as the interface between technical analysts, corporate IT, attorneys and paralegals, he has experience managing all phases of the eDiscovery life cycle. He is well versed in best practices for chain-of-custody, compliance and forensic analysis.
Prior to joining LDM Global, John was a Senior Project Manager for FTI Consulting Technology Services. One of the most exciting things about him, from our customer’s perspective, is that he has “straddled both sides of the vendor and law firm fence”. He has in-depth understanding of an internal corporate legal department and law firm’s needs and pain points. During 15 years in legal technology, he has worked at law firms such as Hunton & Williams, Covington & Burling and Dewey & LeBoeuf in roles ranging from paralegal through to eDiscovery & Litigation Technology Manager. He has an amazing set of technical skills in litigation technology databases & electronic review platforms, including: - Ringtail, iCONECT, Ontrack Inview, Prevail, Discovery Radar, Concordance, Summation, LiveNote, Sanction and CaseMap.
