New book enlightens readers on complex cross border bankruptcy process
London, UK, and New York, NY, 13 July 2010- LDM Global today announced its General Counsel and Head of Global Operations, Don MacFarlane, has been published as a co-author of a chapter covering the complex process of global bankruptcy in a new book titled, “Inside the Minds.” Dr. MacFarlane, who recently joined LDM Global, co-authored the chapter “Bankruptcy Law: Client Strategies in Europe” with Timothy A. Barnes, Partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. The book is being published by Thomson Reuters/Aspatore and will be available later this month.
