Hamish Horton’s customer retention skills a boon for eDisclosure and computer forensics firm
LDM Global today announced Hamish Horton as its new Director of Business Development for the UK, Channel Islands and EMEA. LDM Global is a global consultancy focusing on computer forensics, eDisclosure and cybersecurity with offices around the world.
Horton has held leadership positions at companies throughout the UK, including at the UK’s largest outsourced charity payments business. Over his career, Horton honed his skills in data collection and processing while providing excellent customer service.
“My goal of building that business is very aligned with the focus of LDM Global,” Horton said. “The skillset alignment is very similar in providing world-class service delivery and always putting the customer first; this means retaining clients through exceptional customer and service delivery.”
LDM Global focuses on consultancy to add value to mid-tier clients around the world. Sales consultants are continuously educated to provide the best advice and accurate proposals to clients. Members of the professional services team are brought in early for consultations with clients, as well, to create the best proposals for the matters at hand.
Horton is based in the Channel Islands and travels to London on a regular basis to meet with clients.
