LDM Global, a silver affiliate of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, is proud to support two ACEDS Chapter events this month, designed to help educate those in the industry.
Both events occur on Sept. 19, 2019.
The first event, run by the ACEDS Jacksonville Chapter, is a lunch and learn panel discussion, with LDM Global serving as the sponsor.
LDM Global Vice President of Operations Joseph Friedmann will serve on a panel along with Matt Detzel, Esq., a partner at Holland & Knight, LLP. Moderated by GuideWell Source Senior Manager Serena Selzer, the discussion will focus on “Efficient & Effective Technology Solutions for Litigation Life Cycle Problems.”
LDM Global’s CEO Conor Looney, a member of the Jacksonville ACEDS Chapter will also be in attendance.

The second event is an all-day eDiscovery Education Day put on by the ACEDS New England Chapter. The event is being held at Boston University School of Law.
The inaugural Education Day kicks off with registration at 11:30 a.m. and features a keynote presentation by the Honorable James C. Francis IV, Distinguished Lecturer at City University of New York School of Law and retired United States Magistrate Judge. Other distinguished speakers include Colleen Freeman, Esq., of LDM Global, David Greetham, David Horrigan, John Koss, Mary Mack, Kathryn Martin, Barry O’Melia, Ryan Schwalbe, and Kaylee Walstad. After the educational sessions, the event will culminate with a sunset cruise on Boston Harbor.
LDM Global’s US Director, Colleen Freeman, Esq., also President of the ACEDS New England Chapter Board will provide the introduction to the day at 12:45 p.m.
