Our Client is a leading property and asset management company in the US and during the course of business regularly executes a significant number of contracts.
The Client requires assistance with reviewing the agreements before execution to keep their interests secure and redline the unfavourable terms and clauses.
Experts of our Contract Management team were introduced to the Client. The team worked with the Client to understand their business requirements.
The team then reviewed and redlined a few sample documents at no cost obligation and used its understanding and client feedback to write a playbook and a modified checklist to memorialize the client’s interests that must be secured.
The team assist the Client by reviewing agreements and redlining the content which requires modification/addition/deletion and further consideration by their other internal departments before the final execution of the agreement. Regular and planned communication ensures that the team is calibrated with the changes in the client’s business and expectations.
The team also helps the client in maintaining the database of its executed contracts.

Our Client enters into numerous agreements with their customers/clients on regular basis. Before the execution of these agreements, they require these agreements to be reviewed to keep their interest secure and avoid unnecessary obligations.
Our Contract Management team was introduced to the client. After reviewing and discussing a few sample documents with the client, our team authored a playbook with the clauses and the fallback languages which are in favourable terms to our Client and also modified the checklist to memorialize the client’s interests that must be secured.
Our team reviews the agreements as per the playbook and redlines the contents which require modifications/additions/deletions or consideration from other internal departments of our Client before the final execution.
