POSITION: Solutions Consultant, USA/CALA

LOCATIONS: USA and Caribbean- Latin America

MAIN FOCUS:

  • Consulting to improve client outcomes while adding value through superior service, planning and proactive attention to detail and excellent execution.
  • Ensuring client requirements are met and delivered in accordance with LDM Global’s quality and service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To manage all phases of the EDRM during the lifecycle of a project, specifically ensuring that all protocols, processes and procedures are adhered to in full.
  • Advise clients in relation to establishing good practice methodologies and workflows throughout the course of engagement – includes scoping, proposing appropriate solutions, ensuring requisite resources are in place and timelines are adhered to.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience either with a service provider or law firm
  • Experience using eDiscovery tools such as Ringtail, Relativity, NUIX and similar technologies
  • Strong technical background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to operate in a high pressure, constantly changing environment

POSITION: Business Development Director, Australia

Responsible for delivery of Australia sales revenue budget and other agreed targets, as well as expansion of our Australian client base and management of existing clients.

MAIN FOCUS:

  • Meet company/individual revenue targets & objectives
  • Grow AUS sales revenue and customer base
  • Expand range of services delivered to existing AUS clients
  • Build a network of client relationships

SALES DUTIES:

  • Meet all sales targets (revenue and customer)
  • Continually hunt and grow customer base
  • Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of all services, products, pricing, and terms/contracts
  • Provide professional standard client demonstrations, proposals and quotes
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for all clients
  • Assist with formulating the strategic & long-term business plan for AUS
  • Liaise with other staff/management to contribute to the overall growth and strategic development of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales preferably with a service provider or software company
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
