eDiscovery Sales Consultant (Multiple locations)

The sales consultant is responsible for facilitating sales and customer growth in a designated region. We are currently accepting applications from people in Chicago, New York City, Washington, DC, Texas and California. Established experience selling in the eDiscovery or cyber security industry or a similar field is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Efficiently manage and grow U.S. sales based in designated territory.
  • Maximize frequency of sales activities with a focus on prospecting and building consultative client relationships.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for key customers.
  • Continually develop client relations and improve on customer satisfaction.
  • Grow customer referrals – Will your clients positively refer LDM Global/You to a friend in the industry?
  • Assist with client retention by ensuring excellent product/service deliverable and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Track progress of jobs, to answer client queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Devise and execute account plans to ensure strategic, more profitable client relationships with LDM’s designated client base.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in the eDiscovery industry
  • CEDS certification a plus!
  • A strong understanding of the sales process
  • Confident and comfortable over the phone, webex and other remote communication methods
  • Must be available for travel and the possibility of non-standard work hours
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A demonstrated ability to be self-directed while contributing to a team environment

Vice President of Sales (London)

The vice president of sales is responsible for facilitating sales and customer growth in the U.K. Established experience selling in the eDiscovery or cyber security industry or a similar field is required as is managerial experience.

  • Oversee regional sales consultants
  • Maximize frequency of sales activities with a focus on prospecting and building consultative client relationships.
