POSITION: Business Development Manager – EMEA
LOCATIONS: EMEA
MAIN FOCUS:
Deliver sales revenue budget and other agreed targets. Expand our client base while managing existing clients. Expand range of services delivered to existing clients and build a network of client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning
- Proactively organize 3 to 6 months into the future
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for all clients
- Plan effective territory management to reduce travel time and minimise company expenses
- Communication
- Liaise with other staff/management to contribute to the overall growth and strategic development of the company
- Provide recommendations to your management team to increase efficiency, cost-savings, and customer satisfaction/customer acquisition
- Proactively participate in all sales and marketing exercises and meet expectations for weekly metrics/KPI reporting
- Sales Duties
- Meet all sales targets set (revenue and customer)
- Prospecting law firms, accountancy firms, advisory. Firms, corporations, regulators, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners
- Continually hunt and grow customer base
- Support AR process and minimize debtor days for EMEA based clients
- Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of all LDM Global’s services, products, pricing, and terms/contracts
- 100% adoption and accurate storage of CRM and document repository systems
- Provide professional standard client demonstrations, proposals and quotes
- Maintain a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to your sales territory and use initiative and creative problem solving techniques
- Spend plenty of “face time” with customers & prospects
- Regularly update competitor information on CRM
- Clients and Customer Service
- Continually develop client relations and improve on customer satisfaction.
- Grow customer referrals
- Assist with client retention by ensuring LDM Global’s excellent product/service deliverables are maintained

- To manage all phases of the EDRM during the lifecycle of a project, specifically ensuring that all protocols, processes and procedures are adhered to in full.
- Advise clients in relation to establishing good practice methodologies and workflows throughout the course of engagement – includes scoping, proposing appropriate solutions, ensuring requisite resources are in place and timelines are adhered to.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience either with a service provider or law firm
- Experience using eDiscovery tools such as Ringtail, Relativity, NUIX and similar technologies
- Strong technical background
- Excellent communication skills

POSITION: Solutions Consultant Coordinator

- Provides primary support for Solutions Consultants to improve client outcomes through proactive attention to planning, expectation setting & execution
