The LDM Difference

You’ll make the deadline. And defend the work.

For 30 years, LDM Global has delivered managed document review, cyber incident response review, and eDiscovery for law firms and corporate legal departments, most of it behind other providers’ logos. 6,100 projects. 210 million documents. Not one client lost in the last 3 years. What we had not done is tell anyone. That has changed.

What you are buying

A managed outcome, not headcount. You buy a reviewed population, a notification list, a production set, a privilege log. We own the staffing, the quality control, and the scaling it takes to deliver it. We do not describe ourselves by the number of people we can put in a seat, and we do not compete on price. India shops will always be cheaper on paper. We compete on measured quality, tenure, and speed to scale.

Four things that are true on every engagement

Quality you can measure

You’ll have the numbers to prove the review was right.

Quality is measured on every project, not asserted. Overturn rates and QC sampling are tracked on live dashboards and fed back to reviewers daily, under ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA controls. You will see the overturn rate.

Scale that is real

The team will be ready before the data is.

500 reviewers in Mohali, India. 250 more onboarded within a week. Follow-the-sun coverage across 5 data-center regions, 24/7, with a handoff every 8 hours and no overtime on the invoice.

Tenure you cannot buy

You’ll talk to the same project manager next year.

Our project managers have been with LDM for 7 to 15 years. They have seen every way a project goes sideways and know how to fix it inside this operation. The person who runs your first matter will run your fifth.

U.S. accountability

You’ll have one person accountable for the outcome.

U.S. leadership scopes and owns every engagement. One named U.S. point of contact in every proposal. The handoff to the delivery team is written down before anyone asks.

Where the work is done, and why that is the point

Our delivery team works from our operation in Mohali, India, scoped and owned by U.S. leadership. That is why the cost is 65 to 70 percent below onshore, and it is because of where the work is delivered, not how. The standard is the same on the 500,000th document as the first, and we report it. U.S. and UK firms have relied on India-based review under U.S. counsel supervision for more than a decade. If your matter truly requires 100 percent onshore review, we will tell you so on the first call.

What happens after you sign

You meet the operations leaders on the sales call, not after it. Before you sign, you receive a transition guide that shows who does what after signature, the escalation path, and the reporting cadence.

The platform will fit the matter

We are platform agnostic with no licensing agenda: Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, or the environment you already own. Our eDiscovery team is led by the first Relativity Master in India and supports client-hosted environments around the clock. The technology will not dictate how you run the case.

AI reduces the work, not the standard

Your team will review what matters. We use AI-assisted and technology-assisted review to get to fewer documents, faster answers, and lower spend, and a human is accountable for the outcome on every matter. You’ll know why the documents were prioritized. You’ll use AI without betting the matter on it.

The next emergency won’t start with a vendor search.

Give us one matter that is running hot and compare the overturn rate and the invoice. Most of our direct relationships started as a second vendor on a bad week. Send the population size and the deadline and we will have a plan back to you today.
